Nrityagaman – School of Performing Arts
At Nrityagaman, Kathak isn’t just a dance—it’s a way of life. We offer structured, joyful training for all ages starting 5+ years, blending tradition with creativity to build strength, expression, and confidence.
Founded in 2014, Nrityagaman was born from a vision to make Kathak accessible to all—as an art and a transformative journey. With over 500 students trained through online and offline classes, certified exams (Gandharva Mahavidyalaya), workshops, and performances, we’ve become a trusted hub for passionate learners to grow into confident performers.

About Your Kathak Guru
Sakshi Tiwari
Sakshi Tiwari, Founder & Guru, is a highly accomplished Doordarshan-graded artist and award-winning educator with over 11 years of teaching experience. Rooted in the rich tradition of the Lucknow Gharana, she holds a Master’s in Kathak from IKSV Khairagarh (2019) and a Visharad from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai (2016).
Trained under Dr. Kavita Thakur and guided by the legendary Pt. Birju Maharaj ji through workshops, she was also honored with the Ministry of Culture Scholarship in 2018.
As an international performer, Sakshi has represented India on prestigious stages, including her performance in Europe in January 2024, earning recognition for her grace and artistry.
She has also been associated with Kalashree in Delhi as a faculty member, where she guided and mentored numerous dancers while choreographing several productions.
Her expertise further extended to conducting workshops for esteemed organizations such as SPICMACAY, NDMC, Maithili Bhojpuri Academy, and the Sahitya Kala Parishad.
Her dedication and excellence in education were recognized with the Best Educator Award in 2020.
Sakshi is known for fostering cultural respect, discipline, and excellence in every student she nurtures.
